Holiday Cocktails with Hilary Pereira

The weather is starting to get chilly and the lights and decorations are up! So now that the festivities are starting, here are few holiday cocktails from my book, Mermaids & Martinis: Turn Your Party Into A Memory. And pick up the book for tons of more tips on entertaining. They also make for a great holiday gift!

The Midnight Snowglow

Ingredients
2oz Kahlua
Hot Chocolate
Dollop of whipped cream

Directions
Make a pot of homemade hot chocolate or use store-bought, and pour into a glass with the Kahlua and stir. Add a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with an After Eight mint for a frosty finish to your Snowglow.


The Mistletoe Egg Nog

Ingredients
1 cup eggnog
1 ½ oz Vodka
Dash of Cinnamon

Directions
Mix together and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Garnish with a lipstick kiss on the side of the glass!


Candi Cane Coolers

Instructions
2 oz vanilla vodka
½ oz Peppermint Schnapps

Directions
Serve in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a mini candy cane or rim the glass with crushed candy canes.
