Get ready lady brewers! Beerded Ladies and Women’s Beer Society NYC are thrilled to present Sisters in Craft, a ladies pint night designed to celebrate the women of craft beer! Sisters in Craft recognizes the integral and deeply rooted role women have played in the brewing industry, from medieval ale wives to today’s leading ladies of craft.

On Sunday, September 21st at 7PM, the ladies are taking over the taps at Brooklyn’s best bottle shop and tap room, Covenhoven. The bar will offer tap specials on a diverse selection of lady-brewed beers, with several of the talented brewsters in attendance, as well as local female homebrewers, industry professionals, beer enthusiasts and writers. Talk hops, learn about brewing and swap tasting tips with fellow craft beer loving Brooklyn girls. There is no cover and the event is open to all.

Confirmed participants include Meredith and Hayley of Beerded Ladies, Krista of Women’s Beer Society NYC, Heather McReynolds of Sixpoint Brewery, Lauren Grimm of Grimm Artisanal Ales, Emily Sauter and Meghan Zachry of Two Roads Brewing Company, Kristen Demergian of Allagash Brewing Company and Laurisa Milici of Radiant Pig Brewing. Several award-winning lady homebrewers will also be in attendance.

Tap specials include selections from Sixpoint Brewery, Grimm Artisanal Ales, Allagash Brewing Company, Two Roads Brewing Company and Radiant Pig Craft Beers.
